RCS "Haven" runs a library.
Library staff will help you choose books and videos to your liking.
Opening hours: Tuesday from 10.00 to 15.00
Wednesday from 10.00 to 15.00
Thursday from 10.00 to 15.00
A significant part of the collection of Russian classics was donated by the University of Glasgow.
The library is also replenished with books donated to us by the people of Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The library funds contain not only classics, but also modern Russian literature by such famous writers as V. Sorokin, V. Pelevin, D. Bykov.
Children's books and textbooks are used for teaching and given out for home reading.
Library use is free for RCS Haven members (annual fee £25). You can also pay an annual library fee of £10 and leave a deposit of £5 for a book or DVD borrowed for up to 1 month.
The Center will gratefully accept donations of printed editions, CDs, DVDs. The donor will have the right to use the library free of charge for 1 year.
