Andrey Kozoderov - Deputy Head Lipetsk Region Administration
In this event, organised by the SRF in collaboration with the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Edinburgh, you will get the opportunity to meet a delegation from the Lipetsk Region of Russia.
Mr Andrey Kozoderov will present on 'Three-level system of economic development in Lipetsk Region: Special Economic Zone 'Lipetsk' - Regional Special Economic Zones - Industrial Parks'.
Also attending will be Mr Aleksey Efimov, Head of International Sector of Department of Investments and International Relations of Lipetsk Region, Mr Sergey Panov, Mayor of the city of Elets, a representative from the Russian Trade Delegation in London and the Consul General Sergey Krutikov from the Consulate general of Russia in Edinburgh.
The Lipetsk Region features a special economic zone that provides beneficial taxation conditions for foreign partners.
The presentation will be of interest to:
• representatives of industries with specific relevance to this region, such as high-tech (including avionics/aerospace), machinery and engineering, motor vehicle production, steel production, pharmaceuticals, food processing
• others with an interest in investing in Russia
• a general audience
The delegation will be glad to answer questions after the presentation and talk to representatives of Scottish business.
