NEWS

On 13th June, the exam will be held for children who attend Combat self-defense classes.
One more year of training is finished and it's time to show all the skills what they have learned.
The program includes a demonstration of punches and kicks technique, defence technique, strength exercises, acrobatics and throwing techniques.
Like it was at last year exam, kids should be able to use all their skills in the real fight in the protective equipment.
The examiners committee is Vadim Kolganov (chair), Timur Khismatullin and Evgenia Yakushina.
Examiners who successfully pass the exam will be upgraded to next level with appropriate belt and awarded with diplomas.

Every Wednesday, from 19.00 to 20.00, we invite you at the Centre “Haven” for an English class. Classes take place in the RCS Haven 11 Duke Street, Glasgow, G40UL
