On 22nd of July in the central library of Narva (Estonia) there was a presentation of a novel by a Russian-speaking writer Viktor Bulkin, who is based in Glasgow.This is a family story about the World War 2.
Viktor Bulkin was working on this novel being in Glasgow for the last four years.
Soon meeting with Glaswegian readers is going to be held.
