The event is realising in order to preserve the spiritual and cultural heritage of Russia abroad through education of the younger generation of compatriots across the world to ensure the continuity of Russian traditions.
The program is intended for participants aged from 12 to 17 years and designed in such a way as to ensure maximum involvement of participants in the all actions of the event.
Big part of the program will include master classes in acting, plastic education, fine arts. It also provides interactive performances and exhibitions, theatrical tours around St. Petersburg and its museums, meetings with actors of St. Petersburg theaters and famous people of St. Petersburg.
Taking into account the age of the young people, the Committee provides escort by the teachers of theatrical art, Russian culture, Russian language and literature from the schools of the partner country during the event. Series of workshops on cultural education for accompanying are planned.
Participants independently acquire a ticket to St. Petersburg and back. Accommodation, catering, cultural and educational programs and necessary expenses will be provided from the budget of the Administration of St. Petersburg.
